With over 20 years of experience in the food industry and sustainable development, Gerold Schatt combines in-depth expertise and practical solutions. As a graduate food engineer from ETH Zurich and former Head of Sustainability at the Emmi Group, he has successfully realised ambitious sustainability goals and mastered complex challenges in the value chain.
His commitment to the environment and society is also reflected in his active involvement in RecyPac, Promarca and as co-founder of initiatives such as Prisma and Klimatisch für Milch & Fleisch. This broad network and his passion for innovative solutions make him the ideal partner for companies that want to effectively promote sustainability.
